Mother's Day 2009
It's been a good day. Different from any previous Mother's Days, but good. I'm alive and well. I spoke to my Mom today. And to my daughters in the last 2 days. Yes, they are all very far away. Of course I miss them all and wish we lived within closer proximity to each other. But it won't really help to complain or be down about it. Maybe someday God will allow us to live closer together. That would be so much fun again. In the meantime I will rejoice in what I have and wait to see what He has in store for us later. My "mother's" heart is to help the girls that God sends my way. I really want to point them to Jesus so they can know Him and His wonderful love as well. I am so thankful for the life my mom lived and for all the ways she modeled the love of Jesus to me. And I'm very impressed when I see my own daughters passing on their faith and hope with their own kids. Keep up the good work, gals. Silver is here with us yet and we are enjoying having her. When the Lord brings us to your mind and heart just pray we'd continue to be Jesus to her and wisdom to know how/what He wants us to do. Thanks so much!

Hi!! I want to wish u happy mother's day.. I miss you alot.. I wish that I could be home visiting u and my family. I don't think I am planing to be home this summer again... i feel sad about it.. but i can't wait.. miss ya!

My Mothers day was different too,but your right we have so much to be thankful for. Leonard left for Alaska that day. thanks for the up date, and your a great one for girls like Silver, praying for ya,
